Foundational Assessment Appointment
This appointment is a comprehensive consultation where you learn about the unique issues that are impacting your child's health. Information for this visit is gathered from intake forms, a detailed history, complete physical exam and resulted labs. This appointment is the first step to our comprehensive 3, 6 or 9 month plans.
More Time
This 90-minute appointment provides the space and time for you to feel heard and understood. It also allows for more time for the practitioner to have a clearer understanding of what factors lead your child's current clinical situation.
Comprehensive Labs
A thorough lab review by the practitioner will be conducted; identifying any abnormalities that may be affecting your child's well-being. You will gain a better understanding of "optimal" rather than "normal" lab values.
Enhanced Support
One week following your assessment, you will have a detailed individualized plan including diet, lifestyle and supplements to incorporate as first steps in your child's healing journey.

The individualized treatment plan is customized to your child's needs and circumstances. The interplay between nutritional, metabolic, environmental, genetic and lifestyle factors can be complicated and nuanced. Our goal is to identify, address and help correct imbalances for each individual patient in order to improve health and over all well-being.

Upon completion of your Foundational Assessment, the practitioner will discuss with you what they believe is contributing to your child's symptoms and offer advanced testing and support in the form of our membership program.
