Foundational
Assessment
The Foundational Assessment is a 90-minute comprehensive appointment where we assess medical history, perform a complete physical exam and analyze ordered labs. This assessment gives us a clearer understanding of your child's issues and your goals. It helps us develop a plan to address root-cause instead of just treating symptoms. This is preliminary to the membership.
This appointment is designed as a one-time assessment for optimal wellness.

Membership
Plans
For those parents looking to take a deeper dive into the root cause of their child's symptoms, illness or abnormal lab finding, we offer a membership service. This plan is for those who have completed the Foundational Assessment. We work through focused advanced tests and protocols to uncover the root of dysfunction. The membership model is designed to provide the support and communication needed to achieve lasting wellness. Depending on your child's presentation, we will recommend either a 3, 6 or a 9 month plan.
